Write to the Jagex and Get the Account Back

I thought these days, the jagex may had not enough time to deal with the emails for so many players lost their runescape accounts and they wrote emails to accounthelp@jagex.com. As a result, I choose to write email to parents@jagex.com and hope anyone can save my problem. Yes, it did. After one hour later, the jagex gave me a reply and deblocking my runescape accounts.
